We offer a variety of services outside of yoga that have been known to help assist in healing. Please note these services are 30 & 60 mins and are cash only. You must be paid upon arrival.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. What can you expect? We begin with scanning the body to see where the blockages are within the body/chakra system. We use our hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. We will then scan the body afterwards to ensure everything is balanced. Treatment Session are 30 or 60 minutes; Starting at $69 and up per session.

Reiki for Pets
This Reiki for your pet can be physically & emotionally healing. It MAY help (not guaranteed) with the following:

Physical. such as injuries, stiffness, stomach trouble, loss of appetite, post operative recovery.

Emotional. anxiety, mistreatment/bad experiences, nervous or timid dogs, also helps with bereavement and loss.

Behavioural. separation anxiety and behavioural issues.

Owner / Dog relationship
Treatment sessions are 30 mins; $49 per session.

This gentle and effective treatment that makes us look and fell youthful and radiant. It tones your facial muscles and reduces under eye puffiness. It improves the blood circulation to your facial muscles, thereby giviing you a more youthful look and glow to your face. This treatment is painless, soothing, relaxing and best of all no chemicals involved. It's also said to aid in tackling headaches, migraines and much more! Treatment sessions are 60 mins; $95 per session.

Integrated Energy Therapy uses a channel of integration points and works with your body's cellular memory and energy field to gently release suppressed emotions form your past to promote healing and help you balance your life in the present; allowing you to find your full potential moving into the future.
